DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Republic of Ireland

We charge a flat rate of €8 for shipping within the Republic of Ireland. 

Delivery is completed by our selected couriers and tracking information is available for all orders at the customer’s request.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours.

Once shipped, estimated delivery time within Republic of Ireland is 2-4 working days.

United Kingdom 

We charge a flat rate fee of €18 to the UK (including Northern Ireland). If packages are very large, there may be an additional charge as this is at the discretion of our couriers. If this is the case, you will be notified before dispatch.

Estimated shipping time to the UK is 7-10 working days. Any additional Customs/Tax Charges are the customers’ responsibility.

International

RETURNS INFORMATION:

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your item.

If your item does not suit your requirements, or you have a change of mind after receiving your goods, please email [email protected] to arrange a return.

We will request that you send your item back to us so we can arrange your refund. All return shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.

Please keep a valid postage receipt with tracking number and parcel weight for all return parcels. In the event of any parcels lost in transit, it is the responsibility of you as the sender to open a claim with your courier. You are required to email us your tracking number once posted so that we can issue the refund. A refund will be processed to your original payment method (less delivery charges).

Items must be returned in original packaging and be fully complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition (Eg. if you have opened the package to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.

If you have received an incorrect item or your item is faulty, please also email us on [email protected] and we will resolve this for you.

If you require a product exchange, simply complete a return by emailing us and then place a new order via our website.
